Whether you already know exactly what you need, or you'd rather someone else handle the forms and phone calls, we've got you covered. Just get in touch, and we'll work directly with your provider to sort the rest.
How it works
1. Get in touch.
Fill in our online form, give us a call, or send an email, whatever is easiest for you.
2. We take it from there.
We contact your provider on your behalf and sort out approval for your meals. If we're not already set up with them, we'll work directly with your provider to get there, so you don't have to chase anyone.
3. We set up your account with your NDIS or Support at Home contact.
From then on, it's automatic: your card is billed your 30% share, and we invoice the balance directly to your provider. Nothing for you to claim, track, or pay out of pocket beyond your share.
4. Enjoy your meals.
Enjoy your meals. On a typical $17 meal, that's around $5 on your card each time, generous servings included, and no out-of-pocket surprises.
