How do I order?

You can order as an individual, as a carer, or through your registered NDIS or aged care provider.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, delivery fees vary by area and will be shown at checkout.

Meals & Nutrition

Are your meals fresh or frozen?

Fresh. Meals are made in our Bunbury kitchen and delivered chilled, not frozen.

Do you offer frozen meals?

Yes, a range of frozen meals is available, specified on the website, or you can pick them up in person from our Foodey shop in Bunbury.

Do you offer gluten free meals?

Yes, many of our meals are gluten free.

Can you cater for dietary requirements or allergies?

Yes, we cater for a range of dietaries and menus are reviewed with allergens and nutritional needs in mind.

How long do meals keep?

This depends on your delivery day, we aim for a 7-day shelf life from the day your meals arrive.

NDIS & Support at Home

Are you a registered NDIS or Support at Home provider?

Foodey works as an associated provider to registered NDIS and aged care organisations, rather than being directly registered itself.

How much will I pay?

Your provider typically covers 70% of the cost of each meal, and you pay the remaining 30%. On a typical $17 meal, that's around $5.

How does billing work?

Once your account is set up with your NDIS or Support at Home code, it's automatic: your card is billed your share, and we invoice the balance directly to your provider.

What if Foodey isn't yet set up with my provider?

We'll work directly with your provider to get set up so we can deliver to you.
