How do I get my Foodey Meal Kit?

We currently deliver to the following areas each Monday:

  • Bunbury Area: between 3.30 and 6.00pm ($10)
    Bunbury, Dalyellup, Gelorup, Eaton, Treendale, Kingston and Australind.

  • Busselton Depot Delivery - you will need to collect your kit from the depot between 4-5.30pm ($10)
    Busselton Farmers Market, Unit 3, 15 Cook Street, Busselton

  • Busselton AND Dunsborough Home Delivery between 5.30-6.30pm ($15)
    You can have your kit delivered to your door if you are in Busselton or Dunsborough.
  • Collie Home Delivery between 4-5:30pm ($15) You can have your kit delivered to your door if you are in the town precinct of Collie with our chosen courier Collie Freightlines.

 

If you would love to get a Foodey Meal Kit delivered and aren’t in our current delivery area, please register your interest at hello@foodey.com.au. Otherwise collection is available from The Foodey Collective at 62A Beach Road, Bunbury each Monday between 3.30 and 6:00pm.

 

Do I have to be home for delivery?

Your Foodey Meal Kit will be delivered on Mondays as per the times above in a specially designed insulated box. We require you are home to ensure the delivery is received. To ensure all Foodey Meal Kits are delivered with the utmost care and freshness, we are not able to alter the delivery route. Busselton DEPOT deliveries must be collected between 4-5.30pm. Please speak to the friendly team at Foodey to discuss any issues or concerns that you may have.

 

What do I need at home to cook the meals in my Foodey Meal Kit?

All our recipes require the use of basic kitchen utensils, a frying pan and/or pot and stove/oven.  Any special ingredient preparation will be done by our Foodey Team and included ready to use.

 

Is there anything that is not included in the Meal Kit?

Most recipes will require a small amount of oil, salt and pepper.  Some recipes may need eggs and these will not be included with your Meal Kit.  Please see our [PANTRY] as you may be able to find some of these items there. 

 

How do the orders work?

When you place an order for a Foodey Meal Kit, you are subscribing to weekly or fortnightly orders.

Regular orders will be direct debited from your nominated account each Monday evening for the following week’s meal kit.  Save time and let us do the planning and preparation for you.

If you don't want to receive your Meal Kit on a regular basis, you can login to your account after placing your first order and pause or skip any future orders. When you to receive a meal kit again, simply, login and unpause before Monday 2pm the week prior to your order delivery/pickup date.

You can order anything in our PANTRY on a casual basis. Some items also offer subscriptions.

 

How do I manage my account?

Want a break from your weekly Foodey Meal Kit? Simply login to your Foodey account by Monday 2pm (before your next delivery), click on “edit upcoming orders” then you can skip or pause your meal kit.  If you have any concerns with your order please contact Michelle or Terri on 0455 588 762.   

Please remember when you sign up to Foodey Meal Kit's, you don't need to re-order every week - the automation will do that for you. 

If you find that Foodey isn't for you, you can cancel at any time. In order to cancel, you must place your cancellation request with our team or login and do so via your account by Monday 10am, the week prior to your collection/delivery.

 

What should I do with my Foodey Box?

We love to recycle our Foodey boxes and encourage all of our customers to leave the insulated box out for collection on Monday afternoon or return to us at 62A Beach Road, Bunbury.

 

Does Foodey do Gift Vouchers?

YES! A gift voucher is a wonderful way to give someone a well-deserved gift or kind gesture. You can purchase gift vouchers [HERE].

Choose your amount, Meal Kit or coffee card and add to your cart.  Your gift voucher will be mail to the nominated address within 24 hours, or can be collected from The Foodey Collective at 62 Beach Road, BUNBURY.

 

I forgot to skip a week before payment came out, can I get a refund?

Any refunds will incur a $5 fee and will be deducted from the refund amount to cover Shopify Fees imposed. In order to get a refund, you must let us know by Wednesday morning before we place produce orders. Refund requests placed after 11am on Wednesday morning will not be eligible for a refund.
